I've been a fan of Brian Tracy's Material for years. It's only in the last year that I've really devoured his programs. This is the penultimate program! It is easy to think that this is a rehash of old ideas without buying it but that's a mistake. The Ultimate Goals program is very methodical and synthesizes many methods to help you get the results you are after. This program is excellent in every way.

This program provides invaluable coaching to attack the unordered, cacophonous world that it tearing and shouting at you for attention and time.

Brian Tracy is the best at professional development for the way he packages principles and the benefits of those principles. He starts with the BENEFITS of goal setting and creates a vivid picture of the life/career that is available and contrasts that to the do-nothing alternative. Then he proceeds to explain in a logical and progressive way the MEANS by which you can get control of your life, add value to your services, enrich others, and so much more. There are dozens of exercises, proof points, success examples, and principles that summarize and concentrate on high value life choices.

No hype-fluff here but dense information. I took 46 pages of notes for this program - typed. It rolls out in nice bulleted outline form that makes implementation a breeze.

Tracy has a unique voice quality that is about 10% whisper, baritone, and extremely therapeutic in this noisy/screechy world. It is like a cool drink of water as you cross the wilderness.
